Growth is a self-proposed project for my final year as a diploma student at LASALLE College of the Arts Singapore.  This project focuses on the notion of changes in perspectives and beliefs based on my own experiences in an individualistic point of view. Using the Heart Sutra's text as an embryonic foundation, the resulting work is meant to depict a reflection of self-development and growth from the past to the present. In this context of shifting perspectives, this project addresses the shift from religion to spirituality, from blind faith to self-consciousness.
